• Content uploaded by users remains their responsibility; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for service provision and promotion.

5. Paid Services

• Some features require a paid subscription, with pricing detailed in the "Pricing Strategy."
• Refunds are not available after subscription, unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, with prior notice provided.

6. Service Changes and Termination

• We may adjust or suspend services due to technical or operational needs, with advance notice where possible.
• We may suspend or terminate your service if you violate this agreement.
• You may cancel your account at any time, after which data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

• The Product is designed based on scientific methods, but training outcomes may vary by individual.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., network failures, natural disasters).
• Users bear the risks of improper use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be submitted to the courts in our jurisdiction.

We may update this agreement, with changes notified via in-product messages or email. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updates.
